WPC Flooring Production Line
Jwell WPC Flooring Production Line produces lightweight, durable wood-plastic composite flooring with a foamed core, precision calendering, embossing, UV coating and automated profiling.
JWELL EVA POE Solar Film Extrusion Line is designed for manufacturing high-quality EVA, POE and EPE encapsulation films used in photovoltaic modules. The fully automatic twin-screw co-extrusion solution integrates precision raw material dosing, melt mixing, extrusion, casting, cooling and winding into a continuous production process.
Unlike conventional single-screw extrusion systems that rely on separate premixing and material settling, JWELL’s twin-screw technology enables online formulation dosing and direct liquid additive injection into the extrusion barrel. This integrated process helps improve additive dispersion, formulation consistency and overall production flexibility.
Featuring a modular screw design, high-torque low-speed extrusion technology and advanced temperature control, the line is engineered to process EVA and POE materials while helping minimize premature crosslinking, gel formation and material degradation.
JWELL provides customized photovoltaic film extrusion solutions for transparent EVA, white EVA, POE and multilayer EPE encapsulant films. The production system supports high-speed casting, stable film formation and intelligent process control for modern solar encapsulation material manufacturing.

🚀High-Speed Fill ProductionReference
production speeds of 25–35 m/min under specified film conditions.
🔄EVA / POE / EPE Processing FlexibilitySupports different encapsulant film structures through customized co-extrusion configurations.
The fully automatic gravimetric feeding system integrates multiple loss-in-weight feeders for precise online metering of EVA/POE resin pellets, liquid crosslinking agents and functional additives. The formulation-controlled dosing process supports traceable material management and consistent ingredient ratios, with a specified formulation accuracy of ±0.5%. Regrind or recycled materials can be metered according to the selected configuration.
The EVA POE Solar Film Extrusion Line high-torque twin-screw extrusion system is specially engineered for EVA, POE and EPE photovoltaic encapsulation films. Its modular screw and barrel configuration allows processing conditions to be adapted to different material formulations. Low-speed, high-torque operation and efficient melt mixing help improve additive dispersion, melt uniformity and continuous production stability.
The direct injection system introduces liquid functional additives into the twin-screw barrel through controlled high-pressure atomization. Combined with intensive melt mixing and continuous material interface renewal, this process promotes uniform additive dispersion and reduces the dependence on separate premixing and settling equipment traditionally used in solar encapsulation film production.
The EVA POE Solar Film Extrusion Line temperature control system integrates optimized screw elements, barrel cooling channels, internal shaft cooling and controlled heating technology. Precise thermal management supports stable processing of temperature-sensitive EVA and POE formulations, helping reduce premature crosslinking, material degradation, black spots and gel defects during continuous extrusion.
The precision co-extrusion die and casting system distributes the EVA/POE melt uniformly across the film width to support consistent film thickness and coat weight. Customized die and distribution configurations enable different photovoltaic encapsulant film structures, including multilayer EPE films. Stable melt pressure and controlled casting conditions help improve film uniformity.
The film cooling and forming system supports controlled solidification, stable film conveying and consistent sheet flatness. Suitable cooling, web handling and edge-trim recovery configurations help reduce film shrinkage, improve material utilization and maintain production stability at higher line speeds. The final arrangement is customized for different encapsulant film formulations.
The automatic winding system is designed for stable, low-tension collection of finished photovoltaic encapsulation films. Coordinated line-speed control helps maintain consistent roll formation and minimize stretching. Integrated process control can manage formulation data, extrusion conditions and winding parameters, with optional production-data traceability and MES connectivity.

The primary application of EVA and POE solar film is photovoltaic module encapsulation.
The film is incorporated into the module stack and processed during lamination to encapsulate the solar cells.
The extrusion line provides the continuous film production stage before the film is supplied to downstream module assembly.
EVA and POE encapsulant films can be used in crystalline silicon photovoltaic module structures.
The final encapsulant specification should be determined according to the module manufacturer’s requirements
Bifacial photovoltaic modules require encapsulation systems suitable for their specific cell and module structure.
POE and other encapsulant formulations can be selected according to requirements related to moisture resistance, electrical insulation and long-term module reliability.
Jwell’s film extrusion platform can be configured for the production requirements of these encapsulant materials.
After extrusion, the finished EVA/POE film can be supplied in rolls for downstream converting, cutting, packaging and photovoltaic module lamination.
The production line can therefore be integrated into a larger solar encapsulant film manufacturing workflow.
An EVA POE Solar Film Extrusion Line is a specialized film production system used to manufacture EVA or POE encapsulant film for photovoltaic modules.
The line typically integrates extrusion, melt filtration, precision die, film cooling, thickness monitoring and automatic winding.
The line is designed for EVA and POE solar encapsulant materials.
The exact extrusion configuration should be selected according to the customer’s material grade, formulation, required film thickness and production capacity.
The current Jwell equipment configuration shown for this line supports a product thickness range of 0.2–1.0 mm.
The actual achievable range depends on material formulation, output, film structure and process conditions.
A single-extrusion line uses one extruder to process the film material.
A co-extrusion line uses two extruders and combines their melts through a common film-forming system.
The appropriate configuration depends on the required film structure, material combination and production capacity.
The co-extrusion configuration should be confirmed according to the customer’s actual film design.
he production line can integrate an online thickness-gauging system to continuously monitor the film profile.
The measurement data can be connected to the line control system to identify thickness deviations and support process adjustment.
This provides continuous production monitoring throughout the film-forming process.
Some EVA and POE formulations contain peroxide-based crosslinking systems.
During extrusion, the processing conditions need to be controlled so that the material can be melted and formed without undesirable premature reaction.
For this reason, the extrusion system can be configured with controlled thermal conditions, appropriate screw design and active cooling.
Actual processing parameters should be determined according to the specific material formulation.
Yes.
The line configuration can be customized according to:
