The Jwell Geocell Extrusion Line produces perforated and unperforated HDPE/PP geocell panels — three-dimensional honeycomb confinement systems used for slope protection, load distribution over soft soils, and channel lining. The line combines sheet extrusion, precise perforation, and high-speed ultrasonic or thermal welding into one continuous process.
Welded PE strips form the cellular structure on Fully Automatic Welding Machine: weld strength, weld spacing, and panel dimensions are fully adjustable to meet ASTM / EN geocell specifications. Typical cell depths range from 50 to 200 mm with welding speeds of 8–15 m/min.
