WPC Flooring Production Line
Jwell WPC Flooring Production Line produces lightweight, durable wood-plastic composite flooring with a foamed core, precision calendering, embossing, UV coating and automated profiling.
JWELL provides different PET sheet extrusion configurations to meet production requirements for virgin PET, recycled PET, and selected multilayer sheet structures. Equipment selection depends on raw material properties, required output, sheet dimensions, and downstream processing conditions.
The single-screw PET sheet extrusion line is suitable for appropriately prepared PET materials under controlled processing conditions.
The system combines material plasticization, melt filtration, precision die forming, and temperature-controlled calendering to produce PET sheets for packaging and thermoforming applications.
JWELL’s vented twin-screw PET sheet extrusion line integrates extrusion and vacuum degassing for suitable virgin and recycled PET materials.
Selected configurations may reduce the need for separate crystallization and pre-drying equipment under validated raw material and processing conditions. The required degassing, filtration, and process parameters are determined according to the feedstock and finished product requirements.
JWELL can provide selected multilayer PET sheet extrusion configurations, including A/B and A/B/A structures, according to the application.
Co-extrusion systems allow different compatible material formulations to be arranged in individual layers. The extruder configuration, feedblock, die, and layer structure are designed around the customer’s production requirements.

JWELL offers advanced PET extrusion systems designed for different production capacities and raw material requirements. The company’s CJWS95 twin-screw extruder has achieved a reported test output of up to 1,500 kg/h, while its 150-series single-screw extruder has achieved up to 1,200 kg/h under specific test conditions. Optimized screw geometry and controlled melt processing support stable extrusion and high-volume PET sheet production.
JWELL’s vented twin-screw extrusion system combines efficient plasticization with vacuum degassing to remove moisture and volatile components from the PET melt. For suitable raw materials and validated processing conditions, the system can operate without separate crystallization and pre-drying equipment. This configuration can simplify material preparation while supporting the processing of virgin PET, recycled PET flakes, and selected material blends.
The precision T-die features polished internal flow channels and multi-zone temperature control designed for stable PET melt distribution. Optional automatic die-lip adjustment can work with an online thickness measurement system to correct cross-direction thickness variations. Single-layer and selected multilayer configurations, including A/B and A/B/A structures, are available according to product requirements.
JWELL’s J-type three-roll calender uses precision-ground, mirror-finished rollers and controlled temperature circulation to support uniform sheet cooling and consistent surface quality. Adjustable roll gaps and synchronized drives help maintain sheet flatness, thickness stability, and surface gloss. The calender arrangement can be adapted to different PET sheet specifications and processing requirements.
An optional online thickness measurement system continuously monitors the PET sheet profile and provides real-time production data. When integrated with compatible automatic die adjustment and line control equipment, the system supports closed-loop thickness correction, process monitoring, and production data recording. This helps reduce manual adjustments, improve dimensional consistency, and minimize unnecessary material consumption.
For specialized PET sheet and film applications, JWELL offers optional single- or double-sided silicone coating equipment. The system can integrate precision coating, controlled drying, and adjustable coating parameters to support the production of suitable release and protective materials. Coating methods and curing conditions are selected according to the substrate, coating formulation, and required surface properties.
JWELL’s optional four-station winding system is designed for high-speed PET sheet production. Coordinated tension control, automatic roll changeover, and edge positioning help maintain consistent winding quality while reducing manual intervention. Selected configurations can support winding speeds of 80–120 m/min and roll diameters up to 1,500 mm, subject to the confirmed equipment specification and operating conditions.
JWELL offers multiple PET sheet extrusion configurations to accommodate different material formulations, sheet dimensions, and production capacities.
The available solutions include conventional single-screw extrusion, vented twin-screw extrusion, and multilayer co-extrusion systems.

*Production performance depends on the extruder model, raw material conditions, filtration requirements, sheet thickness, and downstream equipment configuration. Technical specifications and optional systems are customized according to the final production requirements.
JWELL PET sheet extrusion lines produce transparent and smooth APET and rPET sheets for thermoformed food trays, fruit containers, salad boxes, bakery packaging, and other food packaging applications. Suitable material selection and controlled sheet production support consistent thermoforming performance. Food-contact suitability must be verified against the intended market’s applicable material and manufacturing requirements.
PET sheets are widely used for blister packs, transparent display packaging, toy packaging, stationery boxes, and hardware packaging. Consistent sheet thickness and surface clarity help manufacturers achieve uniform thermoforming results and attractive product presentation.
PET sheets can be converted into protective trays, electronic component packaging, industrial inserts, and transparent packaging covers. Different sheet thicknesses and compatible functional material formulations can be selected according to the required strength, protection, and downstream forming processes.
With appropriate extrusion and optional surface coating configurations, PET substrates can be used for release materials, protective sheets, label base materials, and selected industrial film applications. Optional silicone coating and surface treatment equipment allow manufacturers to develop specialized products according to coating compatibility and performance requirements.
Single-screw systems typically rely on controlled upstream moisture removal, while suitable vented twin-screw configurations use melt degassing to process PET under different preparation requirements.
Yes. Selected configurations can process recycled PET materials. Suitable material quality, filtration, degassing, and process settings must be established according to the finished sheet requirements.
Output capacity depends on the extruder model, raw material properties, sheet dimensions and downstream configuration. JWELL offers different line configurations for varying production requirements. For a model-specific capacity recommendation, please provide your target sheet width, thickness, material and required hourly output.
Yes. JWELL has specially developed screw and barrel designs that enable one extrusion line to process APET, PETG and CPET. This solution offers greater material flexibility and helps manufacturers meet different production requirements with one line.
